PAYMENT OF FEES & INVOICING

To make things easier for you, a weekly direct debt can be set up. Fees should be paid directly to The Tennis Practice bank account. These details are listed on your invoice.

Students must commit to the full term (or the remaining weeks in the term if joining part-way through). We do not offer partial term payment options.

ATTENDENCE

Tennis is a term commitment and refunds cannot be given for any missed classes due to illness, family holidays or injuries that occur outside of The Tennis Practice.

BAD WEATHER

Rain - Lessons may be cancelled in wet weather or if the court surface is deemed unsafe. 

Extreme Heat - Lessons may be cancelled if the temperature at the venue exceeds or is likely to exceed 35 degrees celsius during the lesson. 

We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and contact you via SMS before the lesson time to cancel. Please make sure we always have your current mobile number. 

MAKE UP SESSIONS (DUE TO BAD WEATHER)

Please email mark@thetennispractice.com.au to discuss. All make up sessions must be completed during the current term. It’s the responsibility of the student or parent to schedule make up lessons.

MISSED LESSONS (DUE TO ILLNESS, HOLIDAYS, SCHOOL CAMPS) 

Like a number of other sports and after-school activities, any lessons that are missed will be forfeited. Please email mark@thetennispractice.com.au to discuss.

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN

The Tennis Practice is not responsible for the supervision of students outside their lesson time.
